The Mouratoglou Tennis Center Beijing is located in Shunyi, Beijing’s international district. This tennis complex is part of the Yuan Li Sports Center, a state-of-the-art facility spanning over 44.000 square meters and featuring more than 20 other sports: football, basketball, gymnastics, fencing, ... The center also includes F&B facilities, a restaurant and a café, along with a VIP area.

The Mouratoglou Tennis Center comprises 11 tennis hard-courts, 6 of them being indoor, and 2 pickleball courts. It combines modern luxury with cutting-edge training amenities, offering a unique setting for both coaches and aspiring athletes.

Our team of Mouratoglou certified coaches deliver an extensive range of programs and training experiences suited to all levels and ages, including private and group lessons, kids program, high performance program, tennis camps, as well as social events and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES

Coach on and off court, always, in alignment with Mouratoglou Methodology and Philosophy

• Coach according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and continuously maintain the training methodology
• Develop clients' tennis abilities : the candidate must be highly adaptive to their clients and situations with strong ability to feel / analyze and act accordingly
• Provide tailor-made private and group coaching and timely, robust feedback
• Build strong and enduring relationships with each and every player

Organize and support local events and activities

Be an active member of the Mouratoglou Organization and promote its values.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Tennis Coaching Certificate
• Proven tennis coaching experience, at different levels
• Current competitive tennis level, and ideally proven track record and results (National Ranking, ITF, ATP)
• Passionate and eager to learn
• Team player, adaptable to work in a multicultural environment
• Strong interpersonal skills (communication & listening) and commercial awareness
• Fluency in English is a must, any additional language is a plus
