Boasting 7 state-of-the-art indoor hard-courts, among which 4 UTS tennis courts, and surrounded by the dynamic energy of the city, our facilities cater to the needs of every tennis enthusiast, from beginners to seasoned pros. Our center also includes 8 pickleball courts, 4 of them being indoor.

Accessible only to our members, the facilities also offer access to our brand new country club, where tailored programs await both children and adults of all skill levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES

Coach on and off court, always, in alignment with Mouratoglou Methodology and Philosophy

• Coach according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and continuously maintain the training methodology
• Develop clients' tennis abilities. The candidate must be highly adaptive to their clients and situations with strong ability to feel / analyze and act accordingly
• Provide tailor-made private and group coaching and timely, robust feedback

• Organize and lead coaches’ meetings and ad-hoc trainings
• Work with the Academics team to create optimal schedules
• Submit monthly and termly reports on Mouratoglou Coaches to the Mouratoglou Academy Senior Management
• Be the main point of contact regarding all tennis matters & lead parent, client outreach and communication

Perform sales and marketing initiatives and act as a driving force to attract external stakeholders and support enrolment

Organize and support local events and activities which may help the recruitment

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Tennis Coaching Certificate
• Proven tennis coaching experience, at different levels
• Current competitive tennis level, and ideally proven track record and results (National Ranking, ITF, ATP)
• Team player, adaptable to work in a multicultural environment
• Relationship builder with strong commercial awareness and sales abilities
• Fluency in English is a must, any additional language is a plus
• Computer skills
