Intensive course (full day from Monday to Saturday morning)
Our tennis camp for teenagers with intensive training is the ideal choice for young people aged 10 and over who want a demanding and immersive sporting experience. Full days are devoted to progress, with 3 to 4 hours of tennis each day, supplemented by sessions of physical activity, recovery and mental preparation.
- Training volume : 3 hours of tennis per day (4 hours in summer)
- Physical activities : team sports and recovery
- Duration: 6 days, Monday to Saturday morning
- Accommodation option available for complete immersion
