The Diplôme National du Brevet (DNB) : At the end of the third year of “collège” (equivalent of year 10 in UK or 9th Grade in the US), students sit the Diplôme National du Brevet exam, which validates their mastery of the fundamentals and enables them to continue their programmes at Lycée, the latter stages of secondary school.

The Baccalauréat: In “Terminale”, students prepare for the Baccalauréat, the key qualification opening the doors to higher education in France and abroad. The choice of specialities allows high school students to tailor their course to suit their plans for the future: scientific, literary, economic, artistic and sport and tennis studies.
