OUR CENTER IN BEIJING
The Mouratoglou Tennis Centre Beijing is located in Shunyi, Beijing’s international district. The tennis complex is part of the Yuan Li Sports Centre, a state-of-the-art facility covering more than 44,000 square metres, where more than 20 other sports are offered: football, basketball, gymnastics, fencing, etc. The centre also includes catering facilities, a restaurant, a cafeteria and a VIP area.
The centre has 11 hard tennis courts, 6 of which are covered, and 2 pickleball courts. The centre combines modern luxury with state-of-the-art training facilities, providing a unique environment for coaches and budding athletes.
Our team of certified coaches offers a wide range of training programmes and experiences for all levels and ages: private and group lessons, children’s programme, high performance programme, tennis camps, social events and much more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
& MISSIONS
- Train both on and off the pitch, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
- Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.
- Develop the client’s tennis skills: The candidate must be highly adaptable to clients and situations, with a strong ability to feel, analyse and act accordingly.
- Offering personalised private or grouptraining sessions, with regular, relevant feedback.
- Establish a strong and lasting relationship with each player.
- Organise and support local events and activities.
- Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.
QUALIFICATIONS
& SKILLS
- Tennis coaching certificate
- Proven experience as a tennis coach at various levels
- Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with proven experience and results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
- Passion and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening) and commercial awareness.
- Fluency in English is essential, any other language is an advantage.
