THE CENTER
The Mouratoglou Tennis Center at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island offers a rare chance to experience luxury at a beautiful resort, just 40 minutes from Jacksonville. Located along 13 miles of pristine coastlines, the resort provides amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. The center features 7 courts, including 3 outdoor har-tru courts and 4 dedicated pickleball courts, offering top-tier tennis and pickleball training.
Programs include private and group lessons, clinics, holiday camps and kid’s programs, all designed for all level players. Resort guests and members can also enjoy exclusive activities like round-robin tournaments, league play, and special training sessions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
& MISSIONS
- Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
- Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.
- Develop the client’s tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly.
- Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback.
- Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player.
- Organise and support events and facilities.
- Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.
QUALIFICATIONS
& SKILLS
- Tennis coaching certificate
- Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels
- Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
- Passion and willingness to learn
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)
- Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
