ABOUT THE MOURATOGLOU ACADEMY IN MALAYSIA
Welcome to the Mouratoglou Tennis Programme (MTP) at Epsom Malaysia, where tennis lessons meet academic excellence. Inspired by the prestigious Mouratoglou Academy in France, this programme offers students complete immersion in the sport of tennis while enjoying the benefits of a prestigious British boarding school.
Located on a 50-acre campus just 35 minutes from Kuala Lumpur, the MTP boasts state-of-the-art facilities: a new tennis complex with 9 hard courts and 2 clay courts (indoor and outdoor), specially designed physiotherapy and training rooms, a swimming pool, a football pitch and much more. This unique environment makes it a destination of choice for players and coaches.

RESPONSIBILITIES
& TASKS
- Train both on and off the pitch, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
- Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.
- Develop the client’s tennis skills: The candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly.
- Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with each player.
- Organise and support events and facilities.
- Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.
QUALIFICATIONS
& SKILLS
- Tennis coaching certificate
- Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels
- Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
- Team spirit and ability to adapt to working in a multicultural environment
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills.
- Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
- Computer literate
