ABOUT THE MOURATOGLOU ACADEMY IN ATLANTA
The Mouratoglou Academy in Atlanta offers an exceptional combination of world-class tennis training and academic excellence. In partnership with Atlanta International School (AIS), the tennis & school program provides a unique opportunity for young athletes to integrate a bilingual curriculum with intensive tennis training.
Located in the natural beauty of Sandy Springs, the 25-acre AIS campus provides an inspiring backdrop for students to excel both on and off the court. The campus features 4 outdoor hard courts and a new boarding facility for 90 students, creating an idyllic environment for tennis training.
With elite coaching based on the Mouratoglou methodology, students receive personalized instruction, ensuring they reach their full potential. This transformative program fosters both athletic and personal development in an inspiring environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
& MISSIONS
- Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
- Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.
- Develop the client’s tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly.
- Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback.
- Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player.
- Organise and support events and facilities.
- Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.
QUALIFICATIONS
& SKILLS
- Tennis coaching certificate
- Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels
- Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
- Passion and willingness to learn
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)
- Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
