    Intensive course (full day from Monday to Saturday morning)

    Our tennis camp for teenagers with intensive training is the ideal choice for young people aged 10 and over who want a demanding and immersive sporting experience. Full days are devoted to progress, with 3 to 4 hours of tennis each day, supplemented by sessions of physical activity, recovery and mental preparation.

    • Training volume : 3 hours of tennis per day (4 hours in summer)

    • Duration: 6 days, Monday to Saturday morning

    The half-day course is a more flexible formula that allows you to practise tennis while having free time in the afternoon. Suitable for children aged 6 and over, this course combines 1? hours of tennis with 1? hours of physical activity each morning.

    Holiday Training Pack (full day or half day)

    Ideal for teenagers looking to make rapid progress during their holidays, this teenage tennis coaching course offers an intensive two-week programme combining technical improvement, physical work and supervised matches. This course is designed to meet the expectations of young people of all levels, in a structured and motivating environment.

    • Amount of training: 3 hours of tennis per day (4 hours in summer).
    • Physical activities : team sports, recovery and yoga.
    • Duration: 1 full week, Monday to Saturday
    • Accommodation option: available with full board.

    Only available during the summer, this is the perfect way to round off a day playing tennis (1.5 hours every evening of the week).
