Week-long course (half-day format)
Introduction to tennis and balance with leisure activities
Ideal for discovering tennis or for an introduction to the sport, the half-day course offers a lighter programme, mornings only, from Monday to Saturday. Open to teenage beginners all year round, this course combines sport and free time.
Programme:
- 1? hours of tennis (2 hours in summer)
- 1? hours physical activity
- The afternoons are free to make the most of the holidays!
