The ado competition tennis course is designed for ambitious young athletes who want to make intensive progress while taking part in demanding competitions. The programme is aimed at teenagers aged 10 and over, with or without accommodation, and offers total immersion in an excellent sporting environment.

The main aim of this intensive tennis course for competitive teenagers is to enable young players to rapidly improve their technical, tactical and physical skills. Thanks to an adapted methodology and intensive training over a period of 15 days, each participant is encouraged to excel and adopt the habits of champions.

  • Intensive daily training: For two weeks, the programme includes 3 to 4 hours of tennis every day, combined with physical preparation sessions to ensure overall improvement.
  • Real competition: Each trainee will take part in a UTR tournament, with at least 3 matches guaranteed. These competitions allow youngsters to test their skills in real-life conditions and measure their progress.
  • Personalised coaching: Groups are made up of a maximum of 4 players per field and per coach, allowing for precise individual monitoring and personalised coaching. A detailed report is provided at the end of the course, highlighting areas for improvement.

Accessible from the age of 10, the tennis holiday for teenagers is structured over two full weeks, alternating intensive training and competitions to offer a complete and enriching sporting experience.

Duration: 15 days, with sessions from Monday to Saturday.

  • Tennis: 3 to 4 hours a day, depending on the time of year.
  • Physical preparation: 3 hours per day, including complementary activities.
  • Tournament: Participation in a UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) tournament to ensure a competitive experience.
