The Mouratoglou Tennis Center Bali is located near Ubud, in the heart of the island’s lush and tranquil landscapes. The tennis complex is part of the Kula Mani Tennis Village, an exclusive retreat featuring 9 luxurious private villas surrounded by picturesque rice fields and a holistic wellness center, creating a serene and inspiring environment for all visitors.
The center boasts 8 tennis courts, including semi-covered clay courts and a grandstand court designed to host national and international events. It also includes 3 padel courts and a fitness center, offering a comprehensive range of facilities for racket sports and fitness enthusiasts.
Our certified coaches provide an array of training programs and experiences tailored to all levels and ages: private and group lessons, junior programs, high-performance training, tennis and padel camps, as well as weekend and summer retreats.
RESPONSIBILITIES
& MISSIONS
- Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
- Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.
- Develop the client’s tennis skills: The candidate must be highly adaptable to clients and situations, with a strong ability to feel, analyse and act accordingly.
- Offering personalised private or grouptraining sessions, with regular, relevant feedback.
- Establish a strong and lasting relationship with each player.
- Organise and support local events and activities.
- Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.
QUALIFICATIONS
& SKILLS
- Tennis coaching certificate
- Proven experience as a tennis coach at various levels
- Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with proven experience and results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
- Passion and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening) and commercial awareness.
- Fluency in English is essential, any other language is an advantage.
