Nestled within the iconic and luxurious Hotel Cala di Volpe, on the stunning Costa Smeralda, our Mouratoglou Tennis Center presents a unique sports offering. Since its inauguration in June 2023, the Mouratoglou Tennis Center Sardinia has become the go-to destination for families seeking the ultimate sporting gateway amidst beautiful views and sunshine.
Featuring 4 tennis courts and 2 padel courts, this center provides players of all levels and ages with a world-class experience. All our coaches are trained and certified to the Mouratoglou Methodology, aimed at delivering training sessions, suited to each and every profile.
Tailored-made programs, including private lessons, group lessons, kid’s programs, camps, scoial events and more, make the Mouratoglou Tennis Center in Sardinia a paradise for tennis enthusiasts.
RESPONSIBILITIES & MISSIONS
- Coach on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
- Coach according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.
- Develop the clients’ tennis abilities: The candidate must be highly adaptable to clients and situations, with a strong ability to feel, analyse and act accordingly.
- Provide tailor-made private or group training sessions, with regular, relevant feedback.
- Establish a strong and enduring relationship with each and every player.
- Organise and support local events and activities.
- Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Tennis coaching certificate
- Proven experience as a tennis coach at various levels
- Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with proven experience and results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
- Passion and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening) and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in Padel is a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential, any other language is an advantage (especially Italian).
