Adult Tennis Night Sessions at the Mouratoglou Academy

The adult tennis night session is designed for adults who want to train in a different setting, at the end of the day, under the lights of the tennis courts. This format is particularly suited to those with busy days or on holiday looking to combine tennis and relaxation. Our sessions take place in the evening, offering a cool, soothing environment in which to work on your game.

• Tennis training: 4 tennis sessions per week, each lasting 1? hours, for a total of 6 hours of tennis.
• Cardio tennis session: 1? hours dedicated to improving your physical condition through tennis-specific exercises.
• Individual report from your coach at the end of the course to assess your progress.

By choosing the adult tennis night session, you’ll be training in one of the most prestigious settings in the world. The Mouratoglou Academy has 33 tennis courts, including 8 indoor courts, perfectly lit for night sessions. Our state-of-the-art facilities, including a spa, fitness room and swimming pools, are available for you to relax before or after your training sessions.

Night sessions are offered from July to August, between 6.30pm and 9.30pm, to ensure pleasant training conditions even on the hottest days. This programme is open to adults of all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced player.
